Delete your Primed account

You can ask for your Primed account to be deleted at any time.

How to ask

Email primed@ainspire.studio from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my Primed account". We will reply to confirm once it is done.

What is deleted

Deleting your account removes it and everything tied to it:

• your sign-in details and profile
• the ages you gave for yourself and your kids
• your answers to each morning's question
• your journal entries
• your subscription record in Primed

What is not

Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play, which keep their own billing records. Deleting your Primed account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your store's subscription settings.
